Utah Landscapes Workshop
Dates: Aug 17 – 23
Cost: $2,800
This workshop starts and ends in Las Vegas, Nevada with tentative locations including Bryce Canyon and Arches. Prices are based on double occupancy. This workshop averages about 2-5 km of hiking per day and while they are moderate hikes you will want to be in walking shape before landing in Las Vegas.
Our workshops are now fly-in only. You get yourself to and from the starting point. We take care of the rest: all the best scenic destinations during the best light, accommodations (breakfast usually included), daily excursions on foot, tips and hints for best photos, and transportation between stops. Although post-production is not a scheduled part of any of our workshops, it’s not uncommon for impromptu Photoshop sessions to break out during the week.
FLIGHTS
Workshop Aug 17-23, 2025: Arrive at Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada on August 17, 2025. Flights out can be made on August 23, 2025.
Airport transfer to and from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Las Vegas will be provided. We will need your arrival/departure flight details as soon as you book your tickets.
ROOMS
All accommodations will be booked and taken care of for you. Please let us know if you require a private room or have a roommate request.
WORKSHOP INCLUDES
- 7-Day intensive photo workshop in the beautiful, diverse state of California
- Pre-workshop virtual meeting: Before the workshop begins, we’ll start a new WhatsApp group just for our participants. You’ll meet everyone in the group and be able to ask questions and prepare
- Accommodations and light breakfast, some snacks and beverages
- Small group size of 3-5 with Rodney as your guide
- Local transportation to and from the locations
- All park entrance fees
- Airport transfer to and from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), Palm Springs.
NOT INCLUDED
- Anything else specifically not listed as included
- Items of a personal nature
- Passport and visa fees (If applicable)
- Single Accommodation (extra fee)
- Lunch and Supper meals
- Travel Medical and Trip Cancellation Insurance (Mandatory)

- $1000 deposit is required to book your spot.
- Balance is due a minimum of 90 days before the tour start date.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance are a very good idea to book for your trip. If you withdraw and your place is filled, we will refund you the full amount you have paid, minus a $250 cancellation fee. If you withdraw and your place does not fill, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Workshop:
- 90 days or more: Full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee
- 60 – 89 days: 50% refund.
60 days or less: No refund.
Refunds will be made by the same method that the original payment was made.
DISCLAIMER
Travel and medical insurance are highly recommended for unforeseen events. Your regular medical insurance and health plan may not cover you while you are abroad. And–we cannot control the weather!
